In 1995, we were contracted to renovate a 1950 Hotel building. Construction involved the configuration of 40 hotel rooms into 24 guest rooms including construction of breakfast area, kitchen new bathrooms for all guest rooms.
Another major renovation took place in 2004 that involved all 84 guestroom. Renovation involved were installation of new plumbing, new energy efficient doors, windows and ceilings, new bathroom fixtures, new stone tile and bathtub surrounds. A Guest coin operated laundry room was also relocated to maximize storage space at the hotel.
In 2007, one guest room was converted into a commercial laundry facility to provide linen to the hotel with practically no noise or vibration being detected in the neighboring guestrooms.
